Do you love to learn new things, no matter how random they may be?
Well, we've come across something you may be interested in, on Earth Day the Central Library is holding the Life Hack-A-Thon: A How-To Festival.
If you're like us, you probably just said to yourself... "what is that?" Well, you're in luck, we've got all of the details for you:
1. The Date & Time
Most importantly, you'll need to know WHEN it is, so you don't miss it. This event will be taking place on Saturday, April 22nd, from 11am-2pm at the Central Library (both the Bausch & Lomb Public Library Building and the Rundel Memorial Building).
2. What is it?
This is a "How-To Festival", a 3 hour event (you can go for as long as you'd like, 3 hours is not required), where you can learn a variety of things like how to play the ukulele, be an urban chicken farmer, how to make wine at home, how to fix a flat bike tire, origami, and so much more.
And, if you're up for the challenge, you can learn up to 25 things in 3 hours.
3. Where to Go & When:
The library has provided not only the SCHEDULE, but also a MAP to find all of the workshops, so you can be prepared before you go. A lot of the workshops are happening multiple times so take a look and see which ones you'd be interested in.
