URBAN LIFE ||
Dear ROC Developer:
We have a confession to make…we wrote the City Dreamer's List post with you at the forefront of our minds. If anyone could make those things happen, we know it would have been you.
Without hesitation, you immediately helped make possible our two events this summer, the city's first ever Movies with a Downtown View program. We never got the chance to meet you, to talk city with you, or even personally thank you. You and your wife Jane were a couple of generous and passionate souls that stood out from the crowd, and your belief in the city of Rochester was unrelenting.
We want to be as brief as possible as to be respectful to the Glazer family, to all of the committed employees of Buckingham Properties, and to the citizens of Rochester in this time of mourning - a tragic week for family, friends, and our city indeed.
We promise this: we will continue to help your family rebuild this great city, help support the works you had committed to in downtown, to make the City of Rochester the amazing place it once was, and to make you proud.
We'll leave with this - a Thank You in pictures that doesn't even begin to express how grateful we are - and although we had never met, it was your generosity to strangers that made us all feel like one Rochester family, brought happiness back to our Center City, and left us all with smiles on our faces.
God Bless. the Rochesteriat
Thank you to Stephen S. Reardon Photography for showing how much the city enjoyed these events, for what Larry Glazer & Buckingham Properties helped make possible.
