In the growing heart of High Falls at 74 Browns Race, in a building that was once a part of the High Falls Visitor Center, you'll find the office for Greentopia. You've probably heard about their work to create the Greentopia FlourGarden as well as making this area the High Falls EcoDistrict. Or maybe you've even attended some of their events.
What you might not know is that in their building there is an office space available to rent.
Currently, Greentopia occupies about half of the space and are looking for another organization to fill out the remaining space (about 500 sq. feet).
We could tell you about all of the features, the natural lighting, exposed brick, 15' high ceilings, access to a conference room with Apple TV and a 46" flat screen monitor for presentations.
We could mention the wide-format printer/copier/scanner you'd have access to, or that rent includes all utilities, heat and A/C and high-speed wireless internet. Or that you would have access to the secure space 24/7...
... but we also know this space is more than just what you'll find inside the walls. Just steps outside is our city's incredible Falls, the FlourGarden, the Pont de Rennes Bridge and more to be happening in the near future. Oh and a short walk to Fina's Cafe!
Monthly parking is available nearby on surface lots and city garage 1 block away. There are 11 bike racks and a bike repair station just outside the offices as well.
For More Information: contact Michael Philipson at 585-747-4892 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The space is available to move in immediately and is $850 per month.
